A Preferred Route will be selected based on the results of the routing constraints analysis conducted for the Project, as well as the results of the Virtual Information Session and ongoing consultation and engagement efforts.

A routing constraints analysis will compare the PPR to the AR based on the potential identified environmental and socio-economic impacts.
